Just a 45-minute drive from Cochin city, our retreat provides a peaceful haven surrounded by lush trees and tranquil paddy fields. Three kilometers from Mulamthuruthy Junction towards Kanjiramattom, take a 500 meter deviation to reach THRIKA.

At THRIKA, We have 6 rooms that can accommodate 11 people at a time.Four of the Six rooms are mud plastered and have attached baths with high standards. There are air-conditioned and non-air conditioned rooms which could be opted as per your liking. The view from each room is pleasing and provides a feel of the pristine nature around it.
Our programs in Ayurveda and Kalaripayattu focus on overall wellness, offering tailored treatments and training sessions led by skilled and highly experienced professionals. Affiliated with the Sports Kalaripayattu Association and recognized by the Government of Kerala, THRIKA Kalari provides training in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring an authentic experience in these traditional arts.
