Kalari Classes in Kochi – Starting November 12, 2025

Thrika with Nithya Chaithanya Kalari is launching Kalari training in Kochi (Ernakulam District, Kerala) from November 12, 2025. Together we step into a space where tradition, discipline, and inner strength meet. As we train, we reconnect with our body, mind, and cultural roots.

About the Program

We begin our Kalari sessions with the intention of helping us rediscover focus, balance, and vitality. Whether we are completely new or returning to the art, this training welcomes us into a lineage rooted in authenticity and depth.
